Welcome to St Francesca Cabrini House

The House System at Sacred Heart School serves to encourage healthy competition through varied events such as House Football tournaments, House Quizzes, House doku, House Table Tennis etc. Cabrini House is a very successful house at Sacred Heart School and pupils have shown great promise in many different House Events.

Cabrini House takes its name after St. Frances Cabrini who was the first American to be canonised. Born in Italy in 1851, she became a nun when she was 18 and emigrated to 1889 to work with Italian immigrants. She founded many schools, orphanages and hospitals and died in 1917 of malaria. She is the patron saint of immigrants.
